Our Classic Car Tour - Tuscany takes you on a journey of discovery through the most picturesque countryside of this wonderful region in Italy, behind the wheel of a beautiful classic car. Choose your dream machine from a truly special fleet of classics - from the glamorous Mercedes-Benz 280SL Pagoda to the exciting Ferrari 308 GTS, there is something to suit every taste.

During your 3 days of touring you'll explore the Chianti & Val d'Orcia regions, with their famous wineries, excellent eateries - from traditional cuisine to gastronomic or even Michelin starred - and of course picture-postcard scenery. Pause from driving in lovely hilltop villages to soak up the atmosphere, follow a stretch of the famous Mille Miglia route, and capture fabulous photo memories en route on roads framed by rolling hills and cypress avenues.

The start and end destination of the tour is Florence, the gorgeous Renaissance city of Italy famous for its beautiful architecture. The tour begins at the elegant Villa Cora, a magnificent building set on a hill overlooking the Boboli Gardens, a short distance from Florence's historic city centre and main attractions. From Florence you'll begin your drive southwards to a charming hotel in the Chianti countryside - Hotel Le Fontanelle - with lovely views over the unspoilt countryside, a pool and spa, winery, and excellent restaurants. The second day behind the wheel of your car takes you further south into Val d'Orcia - arguably the most photographed area of Tuscany - before an overnight stop in the medieval town of Siena at Grand Hotel Continental Siena, located in the heart of the historic centre. Your final drive takes you back to the outskirts of Florence through more breathtaking landscapes, concluding the road trip at the beautiful Villa La Massa overlooking the Arno river - a haven of peace with a luxurious spa.

Please note: Some of the five star hotels open at different dates for the summer season, and some stay open all year. Depending on your requested travel dates we might need to propose other luxury hotel options – if the ones we feature in our website itinerary are closed, or if any of the hotels require a minimum stay of 2 or more nights (common during the peak season, especially in July and August, and during big events). In case of any hotel closures we can propose almost exactly the same route with a few hotel changes.
