Unveiled in February 2021 the 992 GT3 is an exciting new addition to the Porsche family. Inspired by motorsport and in its element on the track - it set an incredible sub-seven lap time on the world-famous Nürburgring race track, putting it in the same league with some seriously quick supercars - but it truly is one of the best driver's cars for the road as well. If its anything like the previous GT3's you will have a perfect balance between comfort and performance - it's no wonder that the GT3 is one of our favourite road trip cars ever.

Staying true to its history - and refreshing news in the world where the turbochargers or electric motors are taking over - the new Porsche 992 GT3 has a naturally aspirated 4.0L flat-six engine producing 502 hp and 470 Nm of torque. Whilst these numbers might sound low compared to the modern Ferraris and Lamborghinis the 992 GT3 is actually very quick when you look at the performance figures - with a weight of less than 1500 kgs it will accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.4 seconds (PDK - the manual is 3.9 seconds) and it can reach a top speed of 318 km/h (or 320 km/h in the manual). The new GT3 has a brand new double wishbone front suspension to increase steering precision and cornering stability - just what you need for those twisty mountain roads - and the car also generates more downforce thanks to its newly designed swan-neck rear wing.
