Best time to travel
The best time to experience Italy on a road trip is from April to end of October – in the spring in April and May our Tuscany driving holiday and Sardinia driving tour is available, and from early June we can also offer the wonderful itinerary from Milan that includes the Dolomites and the legendary Stelvio Pass. Our Italian Lakes & the Alps itinerary can also be enjoyed between November and May – with the Stelvio Pass excluded from the itinerary – and by request we would be happy to design a completely bespoke driving holiday in Italy for any time of the year.
