For your night out in Monte Carlo you might want to embark on a splendid culinary voyage in one of the world’s most famous restaurants located inside your hotel – Le Louis XV. Le Louis XV is the flagship restaurant of chef Alain Ducasse. Alain Ducasse opened the restaurant in May 1987, having been challenged by Prince Rainier III of Monaco and the Société des bains de mer de Monaco to win three Michelin stars there within four years, becoming the first hotel-based restaurant to win that level of the award. Ducasse won the three stars for the restaurant 33 months later.

Your supercar will await you in front of the hotel on the famous Casino Square as you enjoy your breakfast. After breakfast you will be able to have a short winter driving tour briefing before you take to the open road. As you leave Monte Carlo you will be able to experience parts of the legendary Formula 1 city circuit – such as the Fairmont hairpin curve and F1 tunnel – before you climb out of Monaco towards La Turbie, high up above the principality. From there you will drive into Provence, over some of the greatest driving roads in France, on tranquil mountain passes where it might just be you and your supercar.

The landscape changes from twisting mountain passes and dramatic balcony roads carved into the rocks, with exceptional panoramic views to the Mediterranean coastline and glistening sea, onto open tree-lined Provencal country roads, passing through picturesque ancient villages and magical countryside en route to your hotel.

Surrounded by 120-hectares of vineyards sits the Château de Berne, a five star hideaway in the Var hinterlands. The hotel’s Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant Le Jardin de Benjamin – named the garden of Benjamin after head chef Benjamin Collombat – lets you discover the seasons of Provence on your plate. The domain is also a producer of Côtes de Provence reds, rosés and whites – a wine tasting should not be missed!

Today’s drive takes you on the scenic route into the Verdon Natural Ragional Park and Verdon Gorge. This beautiful river surrounded by stunning canyon landscapes winds through the valley, and the roads following the riverbanks are some of our favourite driving roads in France. The roads are wide and open – and perfect for supercars.

Even during the winter we are able to recommend some Michelin-starred lunch stops on your journey – or if you prefer to eat classic Provencal food with the locals we can also recommend some of our personal favourite places that serve traditional regional specialities.

Today is your final day behind the wheel of your supercar on your winter driving tour – so lets make it as memorable as possible. The Riviera town of Cannes is one of the most glamorous resorts on Côte d’Azur, famous for its yearly Film Festival which attracts Hollywood’s greatest stars to this beautiful destination. As you leave the hinterland of Provence and head towards Marseille you will follow the lines of the coast on some truly breathtaking driving roads that simply have to be experienced in your dream car. Today you will be faced with a single dilemma – do you open up the car and enjoy these thrilling roads flat out, or do you relax and cruise the littoral taking in the breathtaking scenery and glittering sea views.

Your journey continues towards the town of Saint-Tropez – world famous as a jet set destination in the summer season, while in winter season the character changes to a charming local atmosphere – where you can make a brief stop for lunch or for a stroll around the Old Town. From Saint-Tropez you will head north to Cannes on some of our favourite back roads avoiding the traffic along the coastline.

In Cannes we have selected for you our favourite hotel in the city – the grand Hotel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes. The hotel is situated in the middle of La Croisette, the world famous Boulevard, with amazing views of the Mediterranean Sea, and within a walking distance to the best shopping places and restaurants in the city. The outdoor heated pool is open all year – on Côte d’Azur the swimwear season never ends…
